i used this as soon as it arrived and guess what? as soon as i rinsed it off my skin...it was SOFTER, SMOOTHER, GLOWING. it's a gentle, nature exfoliant, but i know you're only supposed to exfoliate once or twice a week...i try to restrain myself on a daily basis
